for the past few weeks, we’ve been using our apartment as a little art gallery for our lifestyle collection. we’re working on getting them hung in a public establishment, like a clothing store or skateshop, but until then they’re hung around our apartment for friends and family to see. this is our artist statement in its home, a cigar box we recently found. we also found the jar that the sunflower is in, and carried home the log on the right from a river in new hampshire. its fun when random things find their home.

community gardens make the city a little more bearable. it’s a comforting springlike feeling when you start to see more and more people tending to their plots. too bad spring hasn’t fully kicked off yet, the weather has been teasing us too much.

our love for our christmas cactus has inspired us to collect even more prickly plants. we’ve walked past the flower shop a few times looking for a new addition, but the right one was never there… until today!

ziv made this blockprint a while back and we’re selling the prints on our brand spankin new etsy store! we have a lot of crafty little ideas that we want to be able to share so we are going to start selling some of our work. we’ll be rolling this store out slowly over the next couple months so keep your eyes open if you want to have your own little piece of dtf hanging over your mantle ;)
hailey and hunter got to see the ocean for the first time on their boston visit. it was cool to be there with them, the ocean is pretty magnificent. we went down to whitehorse beach south of plymouth which was really nice. the kids (and adults, too!) got to collect some nice rocks and seashells.
