Mar 10the pottsboro projects
with march underway and feeling travel-giddy after going to boulder for the past few days, we can’t stop thinking about moving to texas. excited for a change of pace, a different view, and all the opportunities that come with the package :)
as we countdown our take off for texas, we have a lot of thoughts/questions/ideas about what to do with our post-graduation freedom. we want to share them here with you! and log them here so we’ll remember. we will refer to all of our plans as The Pottsboro Projects. we thesaurus-ed and really like what words project is synonymous with:
activity, adventure, affair, aim, assignment, business, concern, deal, design, enterprise, exploid, feat, game plan, intention, job, matter occupation, outline, plan, program, proposal, proposition, scheme, setup, strategy, task, venture.
basically, we want our lives to be a project. so, with that!
pottsboro project #1: we figure we will be learning how to cook really well, since the closest downtown of pottsboro (and all 1200 residents) is 15 mins away, and the closest grocery store (well, walmart) is a good 20. in boulder when we went to ras kassa’s ethiopian food, we decided we want to learn how to make ethiopean bread. if you’ve never had it, it’s basically a spongy sourdough. so good! so that is one of our first goals.
116 days until texas!
